Styles and items marked FINAL SALE are unable to be returned or exchanged. Other purchases that are non-refundable:

-Accessories.

-Shoe Care Products.

-Free gifts or promotional items.

-Items from Clearance Collection.

-Worn, washed, and/or altered items.
