Styles and items marked FINAL SALE are unable to be returned or exchanged. Other purchases that are non-refundable:

Accessories
Shoe Care Products
Free gifts or promotional items
Items from Clearance Collection
Worn, washed, and/or altered items

*Final sale items/colors are identified below the SELECT A SIZE button on our product pages, the cart page, the checkout page & your order confirmation email too.

Styles and items marked SALE are unable to be returned for refunds. These items only qualify for one time size exchanges.
