Return or Exchanges?Updated a year ago

We are happy to provide free shipping on orders over $125. 

Typically ship orders within 3 business days, excluding weekends & Federal holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking via email (kindly check your spam or junk folder).

Exchanging for another style or color? 

Select "e-gift card" when going through the return process so you can retain the amount you've already paid and then apply that to your brand new separate order at checkout for the different color of your choosing. 


Use your order numbers without entering TAOS and then enter your zip code. 

 Returning items must be done using Taos return labels so we may track your order and issue your refund. Failure to use our labels may result in delayed refunds or lost packages which we are not liable for. 

Unworn footwear may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items purchased through must be returned accordingly. Lastly, we are happy to provide free shipping when getting footwear to you, however, we do not provide free return shipping (except on exchanges). 

**Currently, we do not provide free shipping to Hawaii & Alaska nor do we provide free return shipping.
