We are happy to provide free shipping on orders over $125 (subtotal).
We typically ship orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends & Federal holidays (shipping cut off times/carrier pick up deadlines are 12pm PST, orders placed after the deadline will ship on next business day). Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking via email (kindly check your spam or junk folder). Some orders may have multiple tracking numbers, emailed separately, as orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations.
For expedited shipping, in-transit times begin when the order is shipped (carrier pickup date excluded) and FedEx (or comparable carrier) tracking is logged, not when the day the order is placed.
Once orders are processed, we are unable to modify them.
We do not provide free shipping outside of the contiguous United States nor do we provide free return shipping.
