1. Start with a clean cloth 

2. Apply a small amount of antibacterial cleanser 

3. Rub the stained area of footbed with the cloth 

4. Take another clean piece of cloth and moisten with water 

5. Rub the same area to remove residual dirt and soap 

6. Allow to completely dry before wearing
