All customers are required to start a return online and present either a QR code or express code when returning items at your nearest Happy Returns Bar 

Once you receive your QR or Express Code via email, you can drop your return off at any participating Happy Returns Bar. 

Start by using your order number without "TAOS" or "#" and your zip code,
