We are happy to provide free shipping when getting footwear to you, however, we do not provide free return shipping.
Shoes should first be tried on indoors, preferably on carpeted surfaces. Refunds are only given for unworn shoes in their original packaging within 30 days from the purchase date.
Once we receive your return, please allow several business days for your credit to be
processed. Refunds are only given for unworn products in salable condition and in their original packaging within 30 days from the purchase date. Returns missing original packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will notify you via email when your return has been credited. If footwear is deemed as worn and unsalable, please note that you’re responsible for shipping costs to get the footwear returned to you. Orders returned outside of our 30 day return policy are unable to be refunded. At this point, customers will have a gift card emailed to them in the amount of their original purchase.
If you're unsure if your footwear meets unworn and salable condition, please feel free to send us pictures of your footwear before shipping them back to us at Support@taosfootwear.com.
How do I proceed with my return?

-Enter your email address to request a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions via email.
-Follow the instructions in the email to continue the returns process and receive your prepaid return label.
-Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your shipping carton and include the attached packing list inside so that we can identify your order.
