Returning items must be done using Taos return labels so we may track your order and issue your refund. Failure to use our labels may result in delayed refunds or lost packages which we are not liable for.

Unworn footwear may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date. Items purchased through TaosFootwear.com must be returned accordingly. Lastly, we are happy to provide free shipping when getting footwear to you, however, we do not provide free return shipping (except on exchanges).
