Returning items must be done using Taos return labels so we may track your order and issue your refund. Failure to use our labels may result in lost packages which we are not liable for.

-Go to: You will be directed to our Returns Center:

-Enter your email address in the box provided to start your return. (Kindly ensure it is your correct email address you used to purchase your shoes.)

-After entering your email, click START A RETURN

-When you check your email account, be sure to search your email for "Taos Footwear," this might work faster for you. Lastly, kindly check your spam or junk folder for your Taos Footwear email.

-In the email, you want to click "START A RETURN." By clicking that, you will then have to select your reason. Then, click the the green "RETURN ITEMS" button located at the bottom of your of your screen. Click the red "CONFIRM" button. 

-You have the option to print your label at home or at your local UPS Store to send your footwear back to us for a refund.  

You may copy and paste your gift card voucher to exchange for your correct color/size. (Kindly note, if your voucher is not used, then we will issue your refund once your return arrives at our facilities.)

*Note: Active Footbeds are non-returnable.
